1_Can you introduce yourself?
I am Rachid Benharrousse, a Moroccan graduate student of Master's in Cultural Studies
at the University of Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah - Dher El Mehrez.
Professionally, I work as a content writer and translator with different companies.
I am interested in Mental Health, Migration, Diaspora, and Immigration.
2_ Can you tell us about the highlight(s) of the series of MENA, Media and Mental Health Webinars? What did you find most beneficial?
The series was phenomenal. The speakers were passionate about the topics they addressed; the participants were energetic and critical.
I enjoyed the discussions because of their diversity and richness. MENNA webinars were a safe place to talk and voice yourself.
3_ What were the most engaging activities delivered and why?
For me, the most engaging activity was the storytelling session with Besan Wattad. She was ecstatic, happy, and joyful to talk to us about her experience in storytelling as well as to encourage those who were shy.
Everyone listened to everyone's story thoroughly. I was, also, happy to share my story in both sessions.
4_ Would you recommend this initiative for the readers to be participants or even members in the MENNA Initiative team ?
Yes, ABSOLUTELY! MENNA Initiative is a great space for you to engage with youth from all over the MENA region.
You should look forward to the next project and voice your opinion. Enjoy the experience!
